Autumn is finally here…

for many of us it becomes increasingly difficult to remain motivated especially when it comes to training. As far as the majority of our clients are concerned, autumn is always a pretty challenging period since we insist on training twice per day. This does not mean having to exercise for 60 minutes every day; instead we target all the major muscle groups for 15 minutes – once in the morning and once in the evening. We focus on the intensity and reduced rest periods to raise the metabolic rate. This practice works exceptionally well when combined with our recommended nutrition plan to sustain the elevated metabolic rate. Our clients see visible results in a period of twenty days.
